The Winco SSTC-10 is a 10-3/4" stainless steel cover, the replacement lid for the Winco SSDB-12 / SSDB-12S double boilers. It seals in heat and moisture for simmering, holding and storage, and replaces a cover that has gone missing from the line.
18/8 stainless steel with a riveted handle; commercial dishwasher safe. Match it by the pan model in the fit list, or by measuring the inside rim of your pan against the 10-3/4" cover diameter.
