The Winco SST-40 is a 40-quart stainless steel stock pot with a matching cover, made from 18/8 stainless with a tri-ply sandwich bottom: a 5 mm aluminum core wrapped in two layers of stainless steel. You get the heat spread of aluminum with a non-reactive stainless interior that is safe for tomato, wine and acidic stocks, and the magnetic base works on induction as well as gas and electric. Welded handles mean no rivets to trap food. Sized for bulk broth, boils, corn and tamales, catering and institutional cooking.
