Winco SSSP-2 2 Qt Stainless Steel Sauce Pan with Cover, Induction Ready Saucepan

The Winco SSSP-2 is a 2 quart stainless steel sauce pan with cover, the everyday saucepan for sauces, soups, stews, custards, grains and reheating on a commercial line. The cover is included, so it goes straight from the box to the range.

It is made from 18/8 stainless steel with a tri-ply base: an aluminum core sealed between two layers of steel spreads heat across the bottom so sauces reduce without scorching, and the magnetic outer layer makes it induction ready as well as gas, electric and flat-top compatible. Stainless will not react with tomato, wine or citrus, and the pan goes through the commercial dishwasher. The handle is riveted through the wall.
