Winco SSET-7 7 Qt Stainless Steel Saute Pan with Cover, Induction Ready Sauté Pan

The Winco SSET-7 is a 7 quart stainless steel sauté pan with cover. Straight sides and a wide flat base give more cooking surface than a fry pan of the same rim size and enough wall to deglaze, build a pan sauce, braise a portion or finish pasta; the cover lets it hold or simmer without a separate lid.

It is made from 18/8 stainless steel with a tri-ply base: an aluminum core sealed between two layers of steel spreads heat evenly across the bottom, and the magnetic outer layer makes the pan induction ready as well as gas, electric and flat-top compatible. The handle and a helper handle is riveted at six points so it stays tight on a pan that is carried full and one-handed. Stainless will not react with acidic foods and goes through the commercial dishwasher.
