Winco SPSCT 1/3 Size Solid Steam Table Pan Cover, 18/8 Stainless Steel Hotel Pan Lid

The Winco SPSCT is a 1/3 size solid stainless steel steam table pan cover, the lid for a 1/3 size hotel pan. It fits Winco SPJH and SPJL 1/3 size pans and keeps food hot, moist and protected on steam tables, buffets, prep lines and in storage.

A solid cover seals the pan completely. Use it to hold heat and moisture over a steam table well, to keep food covered in the walk-in or on a cart, and to stack pans during transport. A raised, riveted handle gives a secure grip with a towel or glove, and the 18/8 stainless steel resists dents, rust and dishwasher wear for years of service.
