Winco SPJH-106PF Full Size Perforated Steam Table Pan, 6" Deep, 22 Gauge Stainless Steel Hotel Pan

The Winco SPJH-106PF is a full size perforated stainless steel steam table pan, also called a hotel pan or food pan, 6" deep and built for commercial steam tables, buffet lines, prep tables, cold wells and walk-in storage. It is the pan for main entrees, roasted vegetables, rice, pasta and bulk holding on a full-size well.

22 gauge is the heaviest stainless steel in this line. The thicker wall shrugs off dents, resists warping through repeated heat cycles and dishwasher runs, and keeps its shape under a loaded steam table well, which is what makes a pan last for years on a busy line.

Perforated walls and base let steam pass and liquid drain, so this pan works as a steamer insert over a solid pan, a drain pan for rinsed vegetables and pasta, or a holding pan for fried foods that should not sit in their own oil. The 6" depth is the deepest in the standard series, for soups, stews, chili, bulk vegetables and batch storage.
