Winco SPCTT 2/3 Size Slotted Steam Table Pan Cover, 18/8 Stainless Steel Hotel Pan Lid

The Winco SPCTT is a 2/3 size slotted stainless steel steam table pan cover, the lid for a 2/3 size hotel pan. It fits Winco SPJH and SPJL 2/3 size pans and keeps food hot, moist and protected on steam tables, buffets, prep lines and in storage.

The slotted cover has a cut-out in the rim so a serving spoon or ladle can stay in the pan with the lid on. That keeps the utensil off the counter and keeps heat and moisture in between servings on a buffet or steam table. A raised, riveted handle gives a secure grip with a towel or glove, and the 18/8 stainless steel resists dents, rust and dishwasher wear for years of service.
