Winco ASP-10 10 Qt Aluminum Sauce Pan, 3mm Tapered Saucepan

The Winco ASP-10 is a 10 quart aluminum sauce pan, the tapered-side saucepan that does the small jobs on a commercial line: sauces, gravies, reductions, reheats, blanching, melting butter and chocolate, and small-batch soup. The gently tapered wall makes it easy to stir and whisk into the corners and to pour cleanly from the rim.

It is spun from 3mm (1/8") 3003 aluminum, which heats quickly and evenly without hot spots and keeps the pan light enough to toss and pour one-handed. The long riveted handle and a helper handle on the far side stays secure through years of service. Hand wash only; aluminum is not dishwasher safe and not induction compatible.
