Winco ALHP-40 40 Qt Aluminum Stock Pot, 6mm

The Winco ALHP-40 is a 40-quart extra-heavyweight aluminum stock pot from Winco's Elemental line, spin-formed from 3003 aluminum with a 6 mm (1/4") thick base and reinforced rim. That thickness is what keeps the bottom flat on a high-BTU stock pot burner and spreads heat evenly so stock does not scorch during a long simmer. Sized for bulk broth, boils, corn and tamales, catering and institutional cooking.
