Winco ALHP-32 32 Qt Aluminum Stock Pot, 6mm

The Winco ALHP-32 is a 32-quart extra-heavyweight aluminum stock pot from Winco's Elemental line, spin-formed from 3003 aluminum with a 6 mm (1/4") thick base and reinforced rim. That thickness is what keeps the bottom flat on a high-BTU stock pot burner and spreads heat evenly so stock does not scorch during a long simmer. Sized for high-volume stock, seafood and crawfish boils, tamales and big-batch sauces.
