The Winco ALHP-160 is a 160-quart extra-heavyweight aluminum stock pot from Winco's Elemental line, spin-formed from 3003 aluminum with a 6 mm (1/4") thick base and reinforced rim. That thickness is what keeps the bottom flat on a high-BTU stock pot burner and spreads heat evenly so stock does not scorch during a long simmer. Sized for the biggest batches: banquets, langar and community kitchens, commissaries and large catering operations (four handles for two-person lifts).
