The Winco ALHP-100 is a 100-quart extra-heavyweight aluminum stock pot from Winco's Elemental line, spin-formed from 3003 aluminum with a 6 mm (1/4") thick base and reinforced rim. That thickness is what keeps the bottom flat on a high-BTU stock pot burner and spreads heat evenly so stock does not scorch during a long simmer. Sized for banquet, commissary and large-event cooking on a stock pot burner; sized for hundreds of portions.
