The Waring WW250X2 pairs two rotating Belgian waffle irons on one die-cast base, so a single cook can run two waffles at the same time from one station. Waring rates it at up to 50 to 60 one-inch-thick Belgian waffles per hour, and it runs on 120V power (2400 watts, 20 amps) through a NEMA 5-20P plug. It suits diners, cafes, hotel breakfast lines and any operation adding waffles to the menu.
Two Independent Rotary Bake Stations
Each side of the WW250X2 is a complete waffle maker with its own power switch, its own temperature control and its own Power ON and Ready-to-Bake LED indicators. Because the two irons are independent, you can bake a classic batter on one side and a gluten-free or flavored batter on the other without cross-contaminating schedules, or switch one side off during a slow period. Ready lights and audible chimes tell the operator when a side has reached temperature and again when the waffle is done, which keeps output consistent even when the person at the station is also plating or running tickets.
The rotary design lets the cook flip each iron after filling so batter spreads evenly to both plates, giving uniform browning and a full, square-edged Belgian waffle. Triple-coated nonstick plates release waffles cleanly, and the plates are user serviceable, so a scratched set can be swapped on site with the WW180XRP Belgian plate kit instead of sending the whole machine out for repair.
Why Operators Choose It
- Double the output in one footprint: two independent irons produce up to 50 to 60 Belgian waffles per hour from a 20" wide station
- Run two batters at once: separate, adjustable temperature controls let you cook different recipes side by side
- Even browning: the rotary feature distributes batter across top and bottom plates for consistent color and texture
- Clear status cues: independent Power ON and Ready-to-Bake LEDs plus audible chimes signal preheat and doneness
- Fast release, easy cleanup: triple-coated nonstick plates and removable, dishwasher-safe drip trays
- Low-cost plate service: user-serviceable plates replace on site with the WW180XRP kit if they get scratched
- Durable build: heavy-duty die-cast housing; made in USA with US and foreign parts
Controls
Each iron has its own power switch and adjustable temperature control, so the two sides can be set to different browning levels or run one at a time. Power ON and Ready-to-Bake LEDs show the status of each side, and audible chimes sound when the plates are ready for batter and again when the waffle is ready to serve.
Ideal For
- Diners and cafes with steady breakfast and brunch traffic
- Hotel breakfast buffets and attended waffle stations
- Restaurants adding chicken and waffles or dessert waffles
- Operations that need to run a second batter, such as gluten-free, at the same time
