Rotary Baking With Serviceable Ceramic Plates

After the batter goes in, the operator rotates the iron so batter flows to both plates. That rotary motion is what gives a Belgian waffle its even thickness and uniform golden color edge to edge, and it reduces pale spots and underfilled corners that lead to waste. A Power ON light, a Ready-to-Bake LED and an audio chime tell staff when the plates are hot and when the waffle is ready to pull, so a single unit can run with minimal attention.

The ceramic-coated nonstick plates release waffles cleanly and wipe down fast.
