The Waring WRC40 is a commercial rice cooker and warmer that makes up to 40 cups of cooked rice (20 cups raw) in a stainless steel countertop unit. Cook, Then Hold Without Babysitting

Rice is one of the easiest items to get wrong under pressure: a pot on a burner needs watching, and rice held in a hotel pan dries out. The WRC40 handles both steps in one vessel. Load the rice and water, select a program on the digital controls, and the cooker manages the cook cycle, then holds the finished rice warm and ready to serve.

The stainless steel housing stands up to daily commercial use and wipes clean, and the hinged lid stays attached to the unit so it does not get set down on a dirty counter or misplaced. A measuring cup, rice paddle and anti-scorch pad come with the cooker; note that Waring sizes its rice cookers using a standard rice cup, which is smaller than a US cup.
