The Waring WPG200 Panini Compresso is a slimline panini grill with a long, narrow 14.5" x 7.75" ribbed cast-iron cooking surface. The shallow format is made for counters with little depth, such as bar back-counters and service lines, while still offering enough width to press long sandwiches, subs or several smaller items in a row. It runs on standard 120V power.

Slimline Ribbed Cast-Iron Design

The Compresso trades depth for width. A 14.5" wide by 7.75" deep surface lines up nicely with baguettes, sub rolls and wraps, and it leaves more of the counter free in front of the grill for plating or a cutting board. For many bars and cafes, counter depth, not width, is the real limit, and that is the problem this grill solves.

Ribbed cast-iron plates on top and bottom hold heat through repeated loads and press defined grill marks into bread and proteins.
