The Waring WPG150TB is the 208V, timer-equipped version of the Panini Perfetto compact panini grill. It combines a 9.75" x 9.25" ribbed cast-iron cooking surface with a reprogrammable countdown timer in a small countertop footprint, for kitchens that run on 208V service and want consistent, hands-off sandwich timing.

Ribbed Cast-Iron Plates With an Auto-Balancing Top

Both cooking plates are heavy cast iron with raised ribs. Cast iron stores a deep reserve of heat, so the surface holds its temperature when a cold sandwich or raw chicken breast goes down, and the ribs press defined grill marks while lifting the food just enough for fat and moisture to run off rather than soak into the bread. With heat coming from above and below at the same time, sandwiches and proteins finish faster than they would on a flat-top with a spatula and a weight.

The hinged top plate is auto-balancing, so it settles level on whatever is underneath, from a thin quesadilla to a stacked sandwich up to 3" thick, and applies even pressure across the whole item. Grease and crumbs drain to a removable drip tray, and the brushed stainless steel body wipes clean quickly at close.

An adjustable thermostat reaches up to 570°F, with Power ON and READY lights so staff know when the plates are at temperature. This timer version adds Waring's reprogrammable countdown timer, which sounds an audible alert when time expires. Setting a standard press time for each sandwich keeps results consistent from cook to cook and cuts down on burnt or underdone product when the line gets busy.
