The Waring WIC50 is a countertop commercial ice crusher that turns standard cubes into crushed ice for cocktails, frozen drinks, raw bars and displays. It offers adjustable ice size, an indicator light and interlock protection, and runs on 120V with a NEMA 5-15P plug.
Low-Speed, High-Torque Crushing
Crushed ice is a menu ingredient: juleps, swizzles, tiki drinks and cobblers depend on it, and seafood displays need a bed of it. The WIC50 crushes at a low 125 RPM, which uses torque rather than speed to break cubes. That approach produces a consistent crush and saves staff from bagging and hammering ice by hand.
The crush size is adjustable, so a bar can set it finer for swizzle-style drinks or coarser for displays and chilled bottles. An interlock keeps the mechanism from operating unless the unit is properly closed, and an indicator light shows at a glance that the machine is powered.
Why Operators Choose It

- Low power draw: only 110 W on a standard 120V outlet
- Operator safety: interlock protection
- Clear status: indicator light
- Sanitation listed: cETLus and ETL Sanitation
