The Waring WEB300 is a commercial cast-iron single burner for omelet stations, catering and buffet service. A 1300-watt element embedded in a 7-inch cast-iron plate heats quickly and evenly on standard 120V power, and the compact brushed stainless housing makes it easy to set up wherever an extra burner is needed.

Embedded-Element Cast-Iron Plate

On the WEB300 the heating element is embedded directly in the cast-iron burner plate rather than sitting exposed under the pan. That design transfers heat efficiently into the plate, and the cast iron spreads it across the pan bottom for even cooking. A solid plate also has no coils for food to fall into, so it is easier to keep clean during a busy service.

An independent, adjustable thermostat holds the burner at the set temperature, and a READY indicator light tells staff when the plate has reached it. Nonslip rubber feet keep the burner planted on buffet tables and prep counters.
