The Waring WDM120TX is a heavy-duty single-spindle drink mixer with a programmable 10-minute timer, built for milkshake, malt and frozen drink service. A high-performance 1 peak HP motor with electronic speed control powers through the coldest, hardest ice cream, and cup-activated start/stop lets staff work one-handed. It runs on 120V power.

Electronic Speed Control and Cup-Activated Operation

Three electronic speeds (16,000, 19,000 and 22,000 RPM) plus pulse hold their speed under load, so a thick shake made with hard-frozen ice cream blends at the same rate as a soft one. The motor has thermal protection to prolong its life and is user-replaceable, so a worn motor can be swapped without sending the whole mixer away.

Sliding a malt cup onto the cup rest starts the mixer automatically and removing it stops it. With the timer programmed on the large LCD screen, the mixer shuts itself off when the drink is done, freeing the operator to take the next order. A fully enclosed actuator keeps mix out of the housing, and an extra-wide cup rest with two malt cup positions and increased cup clearance let staff slide the cup in without tilting it.

Controls

Electronic controls offer three speeds (16,000 / 19,000 / 22,000 RPM) and pulse. A large LCD screen lets the operator set the timer before or during mixing, up to 10 minutes. Mixing starts when the cup is placed and stops when it is removed or the timer ends.
