The Waring WCV300 is a countertop chamber vacuum sealing system that packages liquids and liquid-rich foods such as fresh meats, soups, marinades and stews. It has an 11" seal bar that double-seals each pouch and a 2-gallon stainless steel chamber, and it runs on 120V with a NEMA 5-15P plug.
Why a Chamber Sealer Handles Liquids
External (suction) vacuum sealers pull air out of the bag through the open end, which also pulls liquid toward the seal and ruins the closure. A chamber sealer works differently: the whole pouch sits inside the chamber, and air is removed from the chamber and the bag at the same time. Because the pressure stays balanced, liquids remain in the pouch and the seal bar can close it cleanly. That is what makes the WCV300 suitable for stocks, sauces, braises, marinated proteins and sous vide prep.
The 11" seal bar double-seals the pouch for a complete, long-lasting closure. Sealed pouches can then be refrigerated or frozen, and they are boil, freezer and microwave safe, which simplifies reheating and portioning. A marinating function uses the vacuum cycle to drive marinade into meats, fruits and vegetables much faster than an overnight soak.
Why Operators Choose It

- Useful chamber: 2-gallon stainless steel chamber, 11.8" W x 12.6" L x 3.19" H
- Faster marinating: marinating function infuses meats, fruits and vegetables
- See the cycle: see-through lid lets you watch and make adjustments during the seal
- Easy to clean: stainless chamber and touchpad controls wipe down quickly
