The Waring WCU30X is a 30-cup stainless steel commercial coffee urn for meetings, small events, break rooms and buffet lines. It runs on standard 120V power at 1440 watts and uses a dual-heater system that brews at about 200°F, then holds coffee at a drinkable serving temperature of roughly 185°F.

Dual-Heater Brewing and Holding

Many urns brew and hold on one element, which can overcook coffee as the day goes on. Waring separates the jobs: one heater brews hot for full extraction, then the urn automatically shifts to a second heater that lowers the temperature and holds the batch for service. The result is better flavor from the first cup to the last and less burnt-coffee waste.

Construction is all stainless steel, including internals and parts, with a commercial-grade nonstick-coated heater that is easier to clean. A lighted ON/OFF switch and Ready light show staff when coffee is done, a sight gauge shows the level at a glance, and boil-dry protection with automatic reset guards the unit if it is switched on empty.
