The Waring WCS300SV is a professional food slicer with a 12" chrome-plated steel blade and a 1 HP belt-driven motor. It accepts product up to about 8" in diameter and adjusts from 0" to 0.59" thick, making it a fit for delis and restaurants slicing large roasts, whole cheeses and big deli logs on 120V power.

12-Inch Capacity With a 1 HP Belt Drive

Blade size determines what fits on the carriage and how many slices you get per stroke. With a 12" blade and room for product up to roughly 8" across, the WCS300SV handles full turkey breasts, large hams, prime rib and wheels of cheese that would need trimming on smaller slicers. A 1 HP motor and belt drive keep blade speed steady under that load, so slices stay even from the first stroke to the last.
