Brew Straight into an Airpot

An airpot brewer is tall enough to brew directly into an insulated pump pot, so fresh coffee goes from the brew funnel into the server without being poured. Airpots hold temperature without a hot plate, keep coffee from scorching, and let guests serve themselves with a pump lid. Staff can brew, swap pots and carry full airpots to a buffet or meeting room in one motion.

Automatic refill from a water line keeps the brewer ready between batches, with pour-over filling available when plumbing is not. The front faucet supplies hot water for tea and instant drinks, and the plastic brew funnel is lightweight and easy to rinse between batches.
