The Waring WCM50 is a Cafe Deco Series pour-over decanter coffee brewer with two separately controlled warmers. It brews more than 3 gallons per hour (about 52 eight-ounce cups), fits large 64 oz glass decanters and needs no plumbing, so it can be set up anywhere there is a standard 120V outlet.

Portable Pour-Over Brewing

With a pour-over brewer, staff simply pour cold water into the top and the unit heats and dispenses it over the grounds, brewing a fresh decanter in minutes. Because there is no water line, the WCM50 can move between a front counter, a catering station or a temporary event setup without a plumber, and there is no inlet to service or connect.

Upper and lower warmers are switched independently, so you can hold one decanter while the next brews, or keep regular and decaf on at the same time. The warmers are self-regulating to prevent overheating, which protects flavor and saves energy compared with warmers that heat continuously. The upper warmer has guardrails to keep decanters in place, and the stainless steel body wipes clean in seconds.
