Quiet, Programmable Xtreme Performance

Every Xtreme MX base is driven by a 3-1/2 peak horsepower motor that reaches 30,000 RPM. At that speed the blade shears ice and frozen fruit into a fine, even texture in seconds, which means smoother drinks, fewer re-blends and a shorter wait at the pickup counter. Power reaches the blade through a metal-on-metal stainless steel coupling rather than a plastic clutch, and both the coupling and the high-impact stainless steel blade are user replaceable, so routine wear is handled in-house with a part from the shelf instead of a service call. The included sound enclosure surrounds the container while it runs, cutting blender noise so conversations at the counter and drive-thru orders are not drowned out. Magnetic stop-blade technology stops the blade within 2 seconds of the enclosure being opened, an important safeguard when staff are reaching in and out all day.

The included 64 oz Raptor container is BPA-free copolyester that Waring describes as unbreakable and dishwasher safe. Its aggressive jar and blade geometry keeps ingredients cycling back into the blade path for faster, smoother results, and the jars stack to save space on a crowded back bar. Because the container is clear, the operator can watch the blend and stop it at exactly the right consistency. An easy-to-clean electronic membrane keypad with a blue backlit LCD screen runs four reprogrammable beverage stations. They arrive with factory-set programs for popular drink types, and you can rewrite them directly on the keypad with no USB drive or computer needed. Variable speed and time selections give full manual control when a recipe calls for it, a dual PULSE function has reprogrammable speed, and a daily and total drink counter helps track volume and service intervals.
