The NuBlend line is built around simplicity. A 1 HP, 660 W motor and two fixed speeds cover the jobs most bars and cafes actually do: crushing ice for frozen cocktails, blending smoothies and shakes, and mixing batters or dressings in small batches. With only two speeds and manual controls, there is very little to train and very little to go wrong during a rush.
