The Vulcan VHP636U is a 36" gas hotplate with (6) burners & infinite controls from Vulcan’s Achiever line. It is rated at 180,000 BTU/hr and runs on liquid propane. Highlights include (3) 30,000 BTU open burners, (3) 30,000 BTU step-up open burners, with lift-off burner heads and protected standing pilots. It adds flexible open-burner capacity to a cookline, counter or equipment stand.
