Vulcan K40GL 40 Gallon Stationary Gas Steam Kettle - 2/3 Jacket, Natural Gas

The Vulcan K40GL is a 40-gallon, floor-mounted stationary kettle with a self-contained, gas-fired steam jacket, so no external steam supply is needed. The 2/3 jacket is permanently filled with treated water and rated to 50 psi, and solid-state controls give you warm, simmer and boil settings for soups, sauces, stocks and pasta. Product drains through a 2" draw-off valve with a perforated strainer.
