The Vulcan K40EL is a 40 gallon steam kettle from Vulcan’s KEL line. It is wired for 240V / 3-phase. Highlights include 40-gallon true working capacity, 2/3 jacketed and 316 series stainless steel liner with ellipsoidal bottom. It is well suited to soups, sauces, stocks, chili and pasta in volume.
