The Vulcan HEG48E is a 48" electric griddle with thermostatic controls from Vulcan’s HEG-E line. It is rated at 21.6 kW and is wired for 208V / 3-phase. Highlights include 48" W x 24" D cooking surface, 1/2" thick polished steel griddle plate, bottom mounted snap action thermostat every 12" and low profile. It suits breakfast service, burgers, sandwiches and other high-volume flat-top cooking.
