The Vulcan GT100E is a 100 gallon steam kettle from Vulcan’s GL/GS/GT line. It is rated at 135,000 BTU/hr and runs on natural gas. Highlights include 100-gallon capacity, stainless steel spring assisted cover and 2" plug draw-off valve with perforated strainer. It is well suited to soups, sauces, stocks, chili and pasta in volume.
