The Vulcan GL80E is an 80 gallon steam kettle from Vulcan’s GL/GS/GT line. It is rated at 135,000 BTU/hr and runs on liquid propane. Highlights include 80-gallon capacity, stainless steel spring assisted cover and 2" plug draw-off valve with perforated strainer. It is well suited to soups, sauces, stocks, chili and pasta in volume.
