The Vulcan ET100 is a 100 gallon steam kettle from Vulcan’s EL/ET line. It is wired for 240V / 3-phase. Highlights include 100-gallon capacity, stainless steel spring assisted cover and 2" plug draw-off valve with perforated strainer. It is well suited to soups, sauces, stocks, chili and pasta in volume.
