The Vulcan EL80 is an 80 gallon steam kettle from Vulcan’s EL/ET line. It is wired for 240V / 3-phase. Highlights include 80-gallon capacity, stainless steel spring assisted cover and 2" plug draw-off valve with perforated strainer.
