The Visvardis DG20VN is the maximum-capacity model in the Turbo Gyros series — a 20-burner natural gas vertical broiler with a cone capacity of 221–350 lb and a total heat output of 119,420 BTU/hr. It is designed for the highest-volume commercial gyros production environments: large kebab restaurants serving hundreds of covers per day, institutional catering, banquet facilities, and wholesale gyros production operations where a full 350 lb production cone can be loaded and operated continuously throughout a service shift without interruption. The Turbo series double-burner arrangement at the 20-burner level delivers an exceptionally high BTU concentration per inch of chamber height, producing rapid cone browning and fast post-carve recovery that keeps the outer layer consistently crisp through high-frequency carving intervals. At 28.7"L × 22.4"W × 45.6"H, the DG20VN is the tallest machine in the Visvardis lineup but maintains a narrow width that fits a standard commercial counter position. A 1/2" gas connection provides the supply volume required for the high BTU output. Available in natural gas (N) configuration.
