The Visvardis DE3A is a 3-burner electric vertical gyro broiler, the mid-range model in the DE electric series. Adding a third burner to the DE2A's 2-burner configuration extends the chamber height and increases the supported cone capacity to 90–140 lb, making the DE3A appropriate for operations with higher daily volume demands — busy kebab restaurants, catering operations, and food court outlets where a larger meat cone can be loaded at peak service periods to reduce changeover frequency. The 3-burner arrangement at 208V provides higher radiant heat output than the DE2A, enabling faster initial heating and more even heat distribution across the taller cone height.
