The Visvardis DE2A is a 2-burner electric vertical gyro broiler designed for commercial shawarma, doner kebab, and gyros production. Electric vertical broilers are preferred in locations where gas service is unavailable or where a kitchen's ventilation setup is better suited to electric heat than an open gas flame. The DE2A's 2-burner electric heating element configuration delivers 6600W of radiant heat to cook a rotating meat cone of 66–100 lb capacity, producing a consistent, evenly-browned exterior with juicy, properly-cooked interior layers. At 208V / 18A, the DE2A operates on a standard commercial single-phase circuit.
