Unox SPEED.Compact™ ECO Electric Speed Oven (XAMA-01NS) - 208/240V 1-Phase, Ventless

The SPEED.Compact™ ECO is built for one job and does it fast: reheating and toasting baked goods, snacks and grab-and-go items to order. At 16-11/16" wide it fits next to the register, and you can run two side by side. This electric model holds one 11.8" x 11.8" tray and runs from 86°F to 536°F.

Coffee shops, convenience stores, bars and kiosks use it to sell hot food without a kitchen.

What you will notice in day-to-day use

• Fast, even reheating. Microwaves plus hot airflow reheat pastries, sandwiches and snacks quickly, without the soggy middle.
• One touch to start. Put favorite programs on the main screen with CLICK&COOK; 384 speed programs and the SPEEDUNOX library take the guesswork out for new staff.
• Plug it in almost anywhere. Chamber and chimney catalysts keep smoke, smell and noise down. It is Intertek-approved for ventless use (EPA 202 / UL 710B) for everything except fatty raw proteins, and needs no exhaust pipe.
• Quiet and efficient. Mineral-wool insulation and SMART.Energy stand-by keep power use, and the heat you feel at the counter, down.
• Easy to keep clean. The panel walks staff through cleaning step by step; the optional QUICK.Rinse hand shower makes it even quicker.
