Glass doors turn a back-of-house refrigerator into something your team can read like a shelf. The Serv-Ware RR2G-HC gives you two full-height glass doors on a 54-inch stainless cabinet, a good fit for bakeries, cafes, delis and catering kitchens where staff need to find product fast.

The cabinet offers 49 cu. ft. of storage at 33°F – 41°F, cooled by a bottom-mounted system using R290 hydrocarbon refrigerant (3.7 oz. charge). It runs on standard 115V power at 4.5 amps through a NEMA 5-15P plug.

What you will notice in day-to-day use

• Find it without opening up. Two glass doors let cooks see stock levels before reaching in, which keeps door openings short.
• Six adjustable shelves. Three epoxy-coated wire shelves per door adjust to suit pans, containers and cases.
• Digital temperature display. The electronic thermostat with LED readout makes HACCP logs quick.
• Stainless inside and out. Stainless front and sides, 430 stainless interior walls and a 304 stainless floor clean up easily.
• Self-closing doors. Full-length handles and self-closing doors help the cabinet stay sealed during a rush.
