With a 14-pan top opening on a 59"-wide cabinet, the JST-60-N is a two-section J Series sandwich and salad table sized for busy make lines. Two stainless steel swing doors open to 15.0 cu. ft. of refrigerated storage for backup ingredients, and a 9-1/2" deep cutting board sits in front of the pans. It draws air from the front, with a side-mounted self-contained compressor.
