True TWT-48D-2-HC Worktop Drawered Refrigerator, 48-3/8" Wide

The True TWT-48D-2-HC is a worktop drawered refrigerator from the TWT Series. It stores product behind one solid door and in two drawers, holds 33°F to 38°F and runs on R290 hydrocarbon refrigerant. It plugs into a 115/60/1 outlet (2.0 A).

Refrigeration System

A factory-balanced, self-contained capillary tube refrigeration system holds 33°F to 38°F. True sizes the system generously for the cabinet, which helps it recover after door and drawer openings. R290 is a natural hydrocarbon refrigerant with zero ozone depletion potential and a very low global warming potential.

Electronically commutated (ECM) evaporator and condenser fan motors use less power, run cooler and deliver a more consistent airflow, which improves reliability and temperature uniformity. The evaporator coil is epoxy coated to resist corrosion. The condensing unit slides out from the back of the cabinet for cleaning and service. The compressor is rated at 1/5 HP.

Cabinet, Door & Drawer Construction

Exterior: stainless steel front, top and ends. Corrosion resistant GalFan coated steel back. Interior: clear coated aluminum liner. Stainless steel floor with coved corners. The cabinet is foamed in place with high-density polyurethane insulation. Door: stainless steel exterior with clear aluminum liner. Drawers have stainless steel exterior facings and liners with stainless steel frames. Drawers ride on heavy-duty stainless steel slides and rollers; each drawer accommodates one full size 12"L x 18"W x 6"D food storage box or one 1/3-size and one 1/2-size pan (pans sold separately).

Shelving

Two adjustable PVC-coated wire shelves measuring 21-9/16"W x 16"D. Shelves adjust in 1/2" increments.

Requires a dedicated 115/60/1, 15 amp outlet; the unit ships pre-wired with a cord and NEMA 5-15P plug. Listed depth does not include 1" for rear bumpers and 1/4" for front bumper. Listed height does not include 6-1/4" for castors or 6" for optional legs. Follow True's installation manual for clearances, leveling and start-up.
