True TUC-27FG-HC~FGD01 Undercounter Glass Door Freezer, 27-5/8" Wide

The True TUC-27FG-HC~FGD01 is an undercounter glass door freezer from the TUC Series. It stores product behind one glass door on two adjustable shelves, holds -10°F to 6°F and runs on R290 hydrocarbon refrigerant. It plugs into a 115/60/1 outlet (2.3 A).

Refrigeration System

A factory-balanced, self-contained capillary tube refrigeration system holds -10°F to 6°F. True sizes the system generously for the cabinet, which helps it recover after door openings. R290 is a natural hydrocarbon refrigerant with zero ozone depletion potential and a very low global warming potential.

Electronically commutated (ECM) evaporator and condenser fan motors use less power, run cooler and deliver a more consistent airflow, which improves reliability and temperature uniformity. True's self-cleaning RCU (condensing unit) technology removes the need to clean the condenser coil. The evaporator coil is epoxy coated to resist corrosion. Defrost is automatic. The condensing unit slides out from the back of the cabinet for cleaning and service. The compressor is rated at 1/2 HP.

The cabinet is foamed in place with high-density polyurethane insulation. Door: triple pane thermal glass assembly with extruded aluminum frame.

Shelving

Two adjustable PVC-coated wire shelves in two sizes (23-1/4"W x 19-1/4"D and 23-1/4"W x 13-3/4"D).

Listed height does not include 6-1/4" for castors or 6" for optional legs. Follow True's installation manual for clearances, leveling and start-up.
