The True TGM-DZ-48-SC/SC-S-W, part of the TGM Series, is a fixed front curved glass, solid colored end dual zone display case with stainless exterior and white interior. It combines a refrigerated section and a non-refrigerated (dry) section in one case. It displays product on six shelves behind curved front glass, with rear sliding glass doors for staff access; the refrigerated section holds 33°F to 41°F and runs on R290 hydrocarbon refrigerant. It plugs into a 115/60/1 outlet (10.0 A).

Refrigeration System

A factory-balanced, self-contained capillary tube refrigeration system holds 33°F to 41°F. True sizes the system generously for the cabinet, which helps it recover after door openings. R290 is a natural hydrocarbon refrigerant with zero ozone depletion potential and a very low global warming potential.

The condenser fan motor reverses periodically to help keep the coil clear of dust and debris between scheduled cleanings. The evaporator coil is epoxy coated to resist corrosion. An optional 42°F to 65°F temperature range for chocolate or wine is available from the factory. The compressor is rated at 1/4 HP.

The cabinet is foamed in place with high-density polyurethane insulation. Rear sliding glass doors ride on a stainless steel V-channel with stainless steel bearings. The curved front glass is single-pane tempered glass.

Shelving & Lighting

Six adjustable PVC-coated wire shelves. Interior LED lighting is safety shielded.

Requires a dedicated 115/60/1, 15 amp outlet; the unit ships pre-wired with a cord and NEMA 5-15P plug. Tested at NSF Type II conditions: 80°F ambient and 55% relative humidity. Follow True's installation manual for clearances, leveling and start-up.
