The True TFP-48-18M-FGLID-HC~SPEC3 is a food prep table with flat glass lid with SPEC3 package from the TFP Series. It keeps 18 sixth-size food pans cold in the top rail above a refrigerated base with two solid doors, holds 33°F to 41°F and runs on R290 hydrocarbon refrigerant. It plugs into a 115/60/1 outlet (2.9 A).

Refrigeration System

A factory-balanced, self-contained capillary tube refrigeration system holds 33°F to 41°F in the food pans and in the cabinet below. R290 is a natural hydrocarbon refrigerant with zero ozone depletion potential and a very low global warming potential.

True's forced-air design moves cold air around the food pans as well as through the cabinet, in line with NSF/ANSI 7. The evaporator coil is epoxy coated to resist corrosion. The compressor is rated at 1/5 HP.

Prep Top & Pans

The top holds 18 sixth-size, 4" deep clear polycarbonate food pans (included). The pan opening takes other pan sizes with available divider bars. A heavy-duty flat glass lid covers the pan opening. An 8" deep removable white polyethylene cutting board runs the full length of the unit.

Cabinet & Door Construction

Exterior: stainless steel front, top, sides, and back. Interior: stainless steel liner. Stainless steel floor with coved corners. The cabinet is foamed in place with high-density polyurethane insulation. Doors: stainless steel exterior with clear aluminum liner.

Shelving

Four adjustable PVC-coated wire shelves. Shelves adjust in 1/2" increments.

Listed height does not include 3/4" for castors. Listed height does not include 21-5/8" for open lid. Follow True's installation manual for clearances, leveling and start-up.
