True TCGG-48-HC-LD Curved Glass Refrigerated Deli Case, 48-1/4" Wide

The True TCGG-48-HC-LD is a curved glass refrigerated deli case from the TCGG Series. It displays deli meats, cheeses and salads on two lighted shelves behind curved front glass, with rear sliding doors for service, holds 38°F to 40°F and runs on R290 hydrocarbon refrigerant. It plugs into a 115/60/1 outlet (3.3 A).

Refrigeration System

A self-contained capillary tube refrigeration system holds 38°F to 40°F. True sizes the system generously for the cabinet, which helps it recover after door openings. R290 is a natural hydrocarbon refrigerant with zero ozone depletion potential and a very low global warming potential.

A high-humidity gravity coil suits deli meats, cheeses and salads. The evaporator coil is epoxy coated to resist corrosion. Defrost is automatic. The condensing unit slides out from the back of the cabinet for cleaning and service. The compressor is rated at 1/3 HP.

Cabinet & Door Construction

The cabinet is foamed in place with high-density polyurethane insulation. Rear doors: low-E, double pane thermal glass inserts with mitered plastic channel frames. The curved front glass is insulated double-pane tempered glass.

Shelving & Lighting

Two adjustable, lighted, PVC-coated wire shelves on a cantilevered system with adjustable angle. The interior is lit with LED lighting.
