True T-24-GC-HC Solid Slide Lid Glass and Plate Chiller/Froster, 24-1/2" Wide

The True T-24-GC-HC is a solid slide lid glass and plate chiller/froster from the T-GC Series. It frosts glasses, mugs and plates under one sliding lid, with room for up to 85 ten-ounce steins, holds 0°F or colder and runs on R290 hydrocarbon refrigerant. It plugs into a 115/60/1 outlet (2.3 A).

Refrigeration System

A factory-balanced, self-contained capillary tube refrigeration system holds 0°F or colder. True sizes the system generously for the cabinet, which helps it recover after lid openings. R290 is a natural hydrocarbon refrigerant with zero ozone depletion potential and a very low global warming potential.

Electronically commutated (ECM) evaporator and condenser fan motors use less power, run cooler and deliver a more consistent airflow, which improves reliability and temperature uniformity. Forced-air cooling with guided airflow frosts dry glasses and plates quickly. The evaporator coil is epoxy coated to resist corrosion. Defrost is automatic. The condensing unit slides out from the front of the cabinet for cleaning and service. The compressor is rated at 1/5 HP.

Exterior: stainless steel countertop and lid, black powder coated cold rolled steel front, sides, and back. Interior: heavy duty galvanized steel. The cabinet is foamed in place with high-density polyurethane insulation.

Three adjustable PVC-coated wire shelves in two sizes (17-3/16"W x 19-5/16"D and 5-1/2"W x 19-5/16"D).
