The Toastmaster TMHP4 turns two feet of counter into a four-burner cooking station. It is the practical choice for kitchens that need more open burners than their range offers, for catering setups, ghost kitchens and small restaurants building a line on equipment stands.

Four cast iron burners at 22,000 BTU/hr each add up to 88,000 BTU/hr. Every burner has its own standing pilot and manual 1/4-turn valve, so you can boil, simmer and sauté side by side without anything getting in each other’s way.

What you will notice in day-to-day use

• Four burners, four jobs. Keep a stock pot rolling at the back while you sauté and reduce sauces at the front, each burner on its own control.
• Heat when you need it. 22,000 BTU per burner brings big pots up to a boil quickly, and the cast iron burners spread the flame for steady heat.
• Ready the moment you are. Standing pilots on each burner and a simple quarter-turn valve mean no fiddling at the start of service.
• Built to last. Heavy-duty cast iron grates and an all stainless steel front panel are made for constant daily use.
• Safer, cleaner workstation. A cool-to-the-touch stainless bull nose guards the knobs, and a removable crumb tray makes cleanup quick.

Choosing your setup

Gas type: every unit ships ready for natural gas with a pressure regulator, and an LP conversion kit is included in the box. Choose natural gas or liquid propane above. The same hot plate also comes as the 12" 2-burner (TMHP2) and 36" 6-burner (TMHP6).

Before it arrives

• Gas: 3/4" gas connection with pressure regulator; have a qualified installer connect it and fit the included LP kit if you run propane.
• Ventilation: install under a commercial hood following your local code.
• Counter or stand: set it on a non-combustible counter using the 4" legs, or on a stand at least 27" tall over a combustible floor. Keep 6" from combustible surfaces at the back and sides.
