Toastmaster 3C84DT09 Freestanding 3-Drawer Warmer, 29" Wide, 12" x 20" Pan per Drawer, 120V Cord & Plug
No built-in cabinet? No problem. The Toastmaster 3C84DT09 is a freestanding three-drawer warmer that stands on its own 4" adjustable legs and plugs into a regular 120V outlet, so you can put holding capacity wherever the line needs it: beside the fryer, at the pass or in a catering prep area. It is a good fit for barbecue joints, buffets, banquet operations and restaurants that cook ahead for the rush.
Three drawers each take a 12" x 20" pan (a removable 5-1/4" deep stainless steel pan is supplied). The hydraulic thermostat adjusts from 100°F to 200°F with an "OFF" position, and the unit draws 1,350 watts at 120V, single phase, through a factory-installed 3-foot cord with a NEMA 5-15 plug.
What you will notice in day-to-day use
- Plug in and go. The factory cord and NEMA 5-15 plug mean no hard-wiring; set it down, level it on the adjustable legs and start holding.
- Holding you can trust. A thermometer shows the temperature at the coolest point inside, and the green "safety zone" on the dial helps keep food hot enough to be safe but not so hot it overcooks.
- Texture under control. Each drawer has its own moist/crisp knob, so buns stay soft and ribs stay juicy while crispier items can be held drier.
- Smooth, solid drawers. Third-member rails with 20 bearings per drawer and a positive-action spring-loaded latch handle loaded pans day after day.
- Efficient by design. Insulation on all six sides, drawer fronts included, keeps heat in the cabinet and out of your kitchen.

Before it arrives
- Power: plan a dedicated 120V circuit with a NEMA 5-15R receptacle within reach of the 3 ft cord. A 208/240V version (3C84DT72, NEMA 6-15P) is also offered.
- Space: allow about 29-3/16" W x 20-3/4" D x 32-7/16" H on a sturdy surface that can carry 223 lb.
- Mobility: if you want to roll it around, casters are available as an option.
- Delivery: it ships in a carton about 38" x 29" x 34", so plan for two people to lift it.
