When the plates leave the line in waves, something has to keep the baked potatoes, ribs and dinner rolls hot and ready in between. The Toastmaster 3C80AT09 is a three-drawer warmer built to slide into your counter or cabinetry, so held food sits right where servers and cooks reach for it without taking up any extra floor or counter space. It suits banquet kitchens, steakhouses, cafeterias and busy restaurants that plate in batches.

Each of the three drawers holds a 12" x 20" pan (5-1/4" deep removable stainless steel pan supplied), and a hydraulic thermostat adjusts from 100°F to 200°F with a positive "OFF" position. The unit runs on 120V, single phase, drawing 1,350 watts and 11.74 amps, and it is field wired on a dedicated circuit.

What you will notice in day-to-day use

• Food held, not cooked. A thermometer reads the coolest point inside the warmer, and the "safety zone" green on the thermostat dial helps staff keep product above bacterial-growth temperatures without drying it out.
• Moist or crisp, drawer by drawer. Each drawer has its own moist/crisp adjustment, so you can keep rolls soft in one drawer and fries or crisp items drier in another.
• Drawers that take the abuse. Third-member suspension rails with 20 bearings per drawer and a positive-action spring-loaded latch keep heavy, full drawers gliding smoothly and closing securely.
• Steady heat, less energy lost. The cabinet is fully insulated on all six sides, including the drawer fronts, so heat stays inside where the food is.
• A clean, built-in look. Integrated trim finishes the opening neatly, and the unit may be installed in wood fixtures.

• Power: built-in drawer warmers are field wired, so have an electrician run a dedicated 120V circuit; a 208/240V version (3C80AT72) is offered if that suits your service better.
• Cut-out: plan the opening in your counter or cabinetry around the 29-3/16" W x 19-1/2" D x 29-3/16" H body; the unit may be installed in wood fixtures.
• Delivery: it ships in a carton about 30" x 28" x 44" at roughly 186 lb, so line up a couple of people to set it in place.
